• Founding engineer / primary author of BunnyDesk (since Sep 2025) — an AI documentation platform on Django, Celery, PostgreSQL/pgvector, HTMX/Alpine
• Designed a multi-agent LLM system (LangGraph) — orchestrator + researcher / draft-writer / site-builder sub-agents over ~12 tools, with persistent (Postgres-checkpointed) conversations and an automated agent-evaluation harness
• Created a token-metered AI billing layer — per-model cost config, write-once credit ledger, and a real-time callback that deducts workspace credits across all AI features
• Architected a pluggable third-party-integration framework over 7+ providers (GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Zendesk, Intercom) plus AI-driven documentation-drift detection (semantic search + 'draft the fix' workflow)
• Developed RAG / semantic search powering in-product doc chat, and multi-tenant hosted documentation sites with Cloudflare custom-hostname domain provisioning and workspace-level Stripe billing
• Continued maintaining Bullet.so (security hardening, automated rules tests) and shipped the native Android health-data integration for Focuzed
• Mentored a growing team of engineers (1 → 4 over 3 years); ran code and design reviews and set engineering practices

Owned Bullet.so end-to-end — the Notion-to-website SaaS platform — and grew it into a product used by hundreds of creators and small teams. Drove everything from multi-tenant site provisioning to payments, themes, membership, and analytics.

• Created the multi-tenant site-provisioning system: per-customer Cloudflare Pages project lifecycle, custom-domain attach/verify via the Cloudflare API, deployment tracking and rollback
• Engineered the publish pipeline (Notion API → HTML → Hugo → Cloudflare Pages) with recursive page discovery, live preview, full-site duplication, and incremental 'fast publish'
• Integrated dual payments (Stripe + Paddle) — checkout, subscriptions, upgrades, lifetime deals, plan-based feature gating
• Built the GrapesJS-based visual theme/template editor (typography controls, theme presets, dark mode, custom code injection, cross-site theme sharing) and a cached image pipeline (Notion images → CDN with SQLite + LRU cache)
• Implemented gated-content / membership for published sites (edge auth via Cloudflare Pages Function), plus SEO and analytics dashboards

Delivered core capture features for Disbug, the issue-tracker integration layer, an embeddable feedback widget, and a session-replay SDK for an enterprise client. Originated Bullet.so in Aug 2022.

• Engineered Disbug's network-capture pipeline (fetch/XHR interception, content-type allow-listing, PerformanceObserver-based resource capture with deduplication) with 5-minute log windowing and navigation-aware recording
• Owned Disbug's third-party issue-tracker integration layer — 7 trackers (Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, GitLab, GitHub) and a 2-way sync webhook system
• Shipped Disbug's embeddable feedback widget — a Vue web component with html2canvas screenshot, a custom marker.js2 annotation toolbar (highlight + blur-to-redact markers), console/error capture, and browser-metadata collection
• Delivered a browser session-replay / analytics SDK for UserExperior — TypeScript: rrweb DOM recording with privacy masking, autocapture (XHR/fetch/console/error), multi-tab session/idle lifecycle; published as an npm package
• Originated Bullet.so (Aug 2022) — set up the Next.js + Firebase Functions/Firestore foundation and the site-builder service (Node/TypeScript → Hugo → Cloudflare Pages)
